About this course

PMP® Certification Training: Official PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Program
Aligned with the PMP® Examination Content Outline (ECO), July 2026 update

ShriLearning is a PMI® Authorized Training Partner (ATP). When you take this course, you are trained on PMI’s official PMP® Exam Prep course content, built by PMI and delivered by a PMI-authorized instructor. PMI reviews this content against the current exam, so you study what the exam actually tests.

Project managers today are expected to do more than manage schedules and budgets. You need to deliver business value, align stakeholders, manage risk, ensure governance and compliance, and lead change, using predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches. The July 2026 PMP® ECO reflects this. All three domains mix predictive, adaptive, and hybrid thinking instead of treating them as separate tracks.

This is a structured 12-session, 6-weekend live online program that meets PMI’s 35 contact hours requirement. It covers all three PMP® domains:

  • People (33%): leadership, team development, communication, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution
  • Process (41%): integrated planning, scope, schedule, cost and finance, quality, resources, procurement, value-based delivery, closure
  • Business Environment (26%): governance, compliance, risk, organizational change, continuous improvement, external environment

Every session pairs PMI’s official content with practical examples, case studies, exam-style scenarios and exam strategy. The final session covers AI in project management, agile and hybrid delivery, and exam-day strategy. See the day-by-day course agenda below for the full plan.

Your instructor: Mr. Shriram Kumar, a PMI-authorized ATP instructor with 18+ years of industry and teaching experience. He has trained thousands of professionals worldwide and is known for explaining PMP® concepts with practical, business-focused examples.

Please note: Under PMI’s Authorized Training Partner policy, live sessions are not recorded and recordings are not provided. If you miss a session or want to build more confidence, you can attend the same session(s) again in a future batch at no extra cost [Option to Attend Any Class Again Once Within 1 Year of Enrollment].

Day 1 Training Video Recording (as a demo):

Trainer demo, for reference only. This video was recorded before our PMI ATP program began and shows the trainer’s teaching style. It is not part of the PMI ATP course. Live ATP sessions are not recorded, but you can re-attend any session in a future batch at no extra cost.
