Book a 30-minute call with Rahul. We then hold a short scoping call with Shri and your team, and send a proposal with scope, timeline and fee.
Can you work with us remotely?
Yes. Most coaching runs live online, which suits teams spread across locations. Workshops can also run at your office.
Which methods do you use?
We draw on PMI standards, including the PMBOK® Guide, 8th Edition, plus Scrum and SAFe®, and adapt them to how your organization works.
How are fees set?
Each engagement is scoped to your needs, so we quote after the scoping call. Workshops, assessments and ongoing coaching are priced differently.
Can consulting be combined with training?
Yes. Many teams start with our PMI-authorized PMP® training and add coaching so people apply it on live projects. See corporate training for the training options.
