Who we’re looking for
Practitioners who can teach
Requirements
- An active certification in what you’ll teach: PMP®, PMI-ACP®, CSM®, CSPO® or SAFe®
- The trainer credential the certifying body requires. For our PMP® program, that’s PMI’s ATP instructor authorization, or readiness to complete PMI’s Train-the-Trainer program. Scrum and SAFe® courses need the trainer credential from Scrum Alliance or Scaled Agile.
- Hands-on delivery experience you can turn into real examples and case studies
- Clear, engaging teaching in English for live online classes
- Availability for weekend batches or corporate engagements
Good to know
- Mentors and content authors need the relevant certification and strong exam knowledge, but not a trainer credential.
- Prior training experience and industry case studies are a plus.
- New trainers usually start by co-teaching with Shri before leading a batch.
