Each participant also needs their own PMI Student License Kit. PMI requires it and sets its price by country (India: ₹3,890 + GST).

Questions from HR and L&D teams

How many people do we need for a private batch?

We recommend at least 8 participants for the best price per person, and a maximum of 15 per class to keep it interactive. Smaller private batches are possible at a higher per-person cost.

Can you train at our office?

Yes. Private batches can run live online or in person at your office. Many companies with teams in several locations choose live online so everyone can join together without travel.

How will we know how our employees are doing?

We share attendance records for every session and mock-exam progress reports for your cohort. They show how many mocks each employee has taken, their scores and whether they’re ready for the exam, so your team can encourage the right people to book it.

How much can you customize the training?

We teach PMI’s official course and tailor around it: examples and case studies from your industry, the schedule and pace, and extra sessions for your team. If you need new content built specially for you, we’ll quote that separately.

Will each employee get the 35 contact hours certificate?

Yes. Each participant needs their own PMI Student License Kit, attends at least 35 of the 48 hours live and completes PMI’s knowledge check. They then download the certificate from the PMI portal.

Are sessions recorded for employees who miss a class?

No. PMI’s ATP policy doesn’t allow recordings. Employees in public batches can re-attend a missed session in a later batch, free, once within a year. For private batches, we’ll agree a make-up plan with you.

How do we pay?

We issue one GST invoice for your group and accept purchase orders, bank transfer, cards and UPI.

Do you also train teams in Agile and Scrum?

Yes. Besides PMP®, we run PMI-ACP®, CSM®, CSPO® and Leading SAFe® programs. Ask Rahul about combining them for your team.
