What the Mock Exam platform looks like
The Mock Exam platform is available for all our courses including PMP® exam, PMI-ACP® Exam, and CAPM® exam. It offers the same standard features and uses the same overall screen layout no matter which exam you are preparing for.
So here is a collection of screen shots with explanations from the various exams so you can see what it looks like:
Questions And Layout
This is how the questions are presented to you in the mock test.
You will see the question with all its options:
- A QUESTION FLAG to mark questions for review
- A QUESTION GRID to navigate between questions quickly
- OPTIONS SELECTION to choose your answer choice
- QUIZ TIMER to show the time left
- NAVIGATION BAR to move between questions and submit the exam. You can also open the Instructions panel from here
Question Grid
The question grid is your navigation from one question to the other, along with telling you which questions have been attempted/answers, unanswered or marked for review. Here is a quick summary:
- Blue Outline: The question in the Blue outline shows the question being currently attempted (Example – Q72 in the screenshot).
- Flag icon: Indicates a question marked for review (Example – Q61 & Q66 in the screenshot).
- Green highlighted: An attempted question shows up in green.
- Faded: Locked sections will show as faded. Students can not reattempt these questions once this section is passed over (after a pop-up warning informing the student of the same).
- White Background: Unattempted questions.
Section Breaks
Section Breaks: Between each section of an exam, there are specific timed breaks during which the quiz timer pauses, and the break time starts. Upon completion or skipping the break, the quiz timer resumes as normal.
The Attempt Summary
After submission, your quiz data is processed immediately and you are presented with an attempt summary.
Here’s what it tells you:
- Your score in percentage
- Total correct answers
- Time spent on the exam
- A visual performance dashboard
- Option to generate AI powered analysis of your attempt
- Option to review questions in detail
The Detailed Question Review
After clicking REVIEW QUESTIONS, you can analyze every question and the explanation for the correct answer.
- AUDIO EXPLANATIONS are also available for questions.
- Filter options allow you to focus on the specific set of questions (domain/correct/incorrect/unanswered/flagged) that may require your attention.

It also provides them summary of their scores.
