These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the ShriLearning website, learning platform, course content, and training services (together, the “Services”). By clicking “Sign Up”, registering for a course, or otherwise using the Services, you (“You”, “Your”, “Participant”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services.

1. Definitions

• “Course” or “Batch” means a specific instructor-led or self-paced training program offered by ShriLearning, delivered in classroom, live-virtual, or online-recorded format.
• “Courseware” means all training materials, slides, practice questions, recordings, and related content provided as part of a Course, including PMI ATP Courseware.
• “PMI ATP Courseware” means exam prep course materials developed and owned by PMI and licensed to ShriLearning for delivery to Participants under the PMI Authorized Training Partner Program.
• “PMI” means the Project Management Institute, Inc., an independent, U.S.-based professional association that owns and administers the certifications and standards referenced on this website.
• “PMI ATP Program” means PMI’s Authorized Training Partner Program, under which PMI authorizes training providers to support candidates pursuing PMI credentials and to deliver PMI-developed exam prep courses.
• “PMI Marks” means PMI’s registered trademarks and service marks, including but not limited to PMI®, PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, PgMP®, PfMP®, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), and the PMI Authorized Training Partner seal.

2. Acceptance of this Agreement

By clicking “Sign Up,” submitting payment, or otherwise enrolling in a Course — whether the enrollment is completed online, by e-mail confirmation, over a phone call, or in person — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement, and that you understand the nature of the Services offered by ShriLearning. Access to the Services is conditional on acceptance of this Agreement in full.

ShriLearning will share a link to this Agreement with every Participant before payment is taken, and again in the enrollment confirmation. Amendments are governed by Section 19.

3. User ID and Password

Where the Services require an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared. You agree to notify ShriLearning promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. ShriLearning may suspend or terminate an account where credential-sharing or unauthorized use is identified.

Access to PMI ATP Courseware is licensed to the individual Participant only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

4. Course Content and Courseware

ShriLearning provides access to Courseware in the format(s) applicable to your enrolled Course. PMI exam prep Courses are delivered using the current PMI ATP Courseware, aligned to PMI’s Examination Content Outline (ECO), and taught by instructors who have completed PMI’s Authorized Training Partner Train the Trainer program. When PMI releases updated ATP Courseware, ShriLearning will move to it within the timeframe PMI requires.

ShriLearning may also revise its own supplementary materials to keep them current. ShriLearning may charge a reasonable fee for a material revision of ShriLearning-authored materials delivered after your original access period ends; this will be stated before you agree to pay it.

5. License to Use the Website and Services

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, ShriLearning grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your own educational, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, record, upload to any third-party site, or create derivative works from any Courseware without ShriLearning’s prior written consent and, for PMI ATP Courseware, PMI’s consent.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

PMI ATP Courseware is the intellectual property of PMI and is provided to you under license through ShriLearning. All other Courseware, website content, branding, and materials authored by ShriLearning remain the exclusive property of ShriLearning. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership or proprietary rights to you; you receive only the limited license described in Section 5.

Online/recorded courses are provided as a supplement to, and not a replacement for, live classroom or premium instructor-led training.

7. PMI Trademarks and Third-Party Marks

PMI®, PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, PgMP®, PfMP®, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), and the PMI Authorized Training Partner seal are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. ShriLearning uses them under license as a PMI Authorized Training Partner, as described in Section 8. Except for that authorization, references to PMI Marks do not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation by or with PMI.

Obtaining the PMP® credential requires satisfying all of PMI’s eligibility criteria: a combination of education and project management experience, 35 contact hours of project management education (or holding the CAPM® credential), submission and approval of a certification application to PMI, and a passing score on the PMI-administered examination. Completing a ShriLearning PMP® Course satisfies the contact-hours component of this requirement only. It does not, by itself, guarantee application approval, audit outcome, exam eligibility, or a passing result. PMI alone decides eligibility and exam results.

Where ShriLearning publishes an exam pass rate, success rate, or similar statistic, it will state the group measured, the period covered, and how the figure was calculated. ShriLearning does not represent its training as the sole requirement for obtaining any PMI certification, does not offer “guaranteed pass” claims, and does not claim that certification can be achieved with minimal effort or in an unrealistically short timeframe.

All of ShriLearning’s marketing and promotional materials — website, brochures, advertising, and social media — follow PMI’s current trademark usage guidelines, Authorized Training Partner Intellectual Property Guidelines, and Advertising Policy, including how the PMI ATP seal and PMI Marks are displayed.

8. PMI Authorized Training Partner Status

ShriLearning is a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP). PMI issued ShriLearning its Authorized Training Partner badge on 9 October 2026; the current badge is valid until 9 October 2027 and is renewed with PMI. You can verify ShriLearning’s status at any time in either of these places:

• PMI’s official Authorized Training Partner Directory (listed as ShriLearning, New Delhi, India); and
• ShriLearning’s PMI Authorized Training Partner badge on Credly, issued by PMI.

PMI exam prep Courses identified as PMI-authorized on this website are delivered under the PMI ATP Program. Any other ShriLearning program is ShriLearning’s own and is not PMI-authorized.

As a condition of ATP status, ShriLearning:

• is a registered legal business entity;
• delivers PMI exam prep Courses using PMI-provided course content (PMI ATP Courseware);
• uses instructors who have completed PMI’s Authorized Training Partner Train the Trainer program to teach exam prep Courses;
• maintains the documented Customer Resolution Process in Section 13;
• issues each Participant who completes a PMI exam prep Course a certificate stating the contact hours earned, and keeps attendance and completion records available to PMI for verification or audit; and
• follows PMI’s ATP agreement, policies and quality requirements, which may be updated by PMI from time to time.

If ShriLearning’s ATP status becomes inactive or is withdrawn, all references to it and the PMI ATP seal will be removed from this website and from ShriLearning’s marketing materials within the timeframe PMI requires, and affected Participants will be told in writing.

9. Certification Application Assistance — Scope and Limitations

ShriLearning’s role is limited to delivering project management training and exam-preparation guidance. ShriLearning does not complete, submit, or otherwise manage a Participant’s certification application to PMI on the Participant’s behalf, and does not supply templated, prewritten, or standardized language for a Participant to copy into their own PMI application.

Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of any application they submit to PMI, and must follow the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

10. Usage of Personal Information, Photographs and Testimonials

10.1 General Use of Personal Information

Personal information you submit to ShriLearning is used only for the purpose for which it was provided — including enrollment processing, course delivery, and communicating about ShriLearning courses you may be interested in — and is protected using industry-standard security and management procedures. ShriLearning does not sell or share your personal information with third-party marketers without your consent, except where required by law.

10.2 Sharing with PMI

When you enroll in a PMI exam prep Course, you consent to ShriLearning sharing your name, email address, Course and Batch details, attendance, and completion status with PMI. PMI uses this to provision PMI ATP Courseware, verify contact hours, run course-quality surveys, and audit ShriLearning’s compliance with the PMI ATP Program. PMI handles this data under its own privacy policy, available on pmi.org.

10.3 Photographs, Success Stories and Testimonials

Where a Participant voluntarily shares a photograph, video, written feedback, or success story with ShriLearning — including for a social media feature, a Course “Thank You” banner, or a certification/completion announcement — that submission is treated as the Participant’s consent for ShriLearning to also use the same photograph, video, feedback, or story:

• on the ShriLearning website, including in its testimonials or success-stories section;
• in other ShriLearning promotional, marketing, or advertising materials; and
• across print, digital, and social media channels operated by ShriLearning,

in each case without further notice or compensation to the Participant, unless the Participant expressly states otherwise in writing at the time of submission (for example, by asking that a photo be used on social media only and not on the website). Testimonials are published as given and are not edited to change their meaning, in line with PMI’s Advertising Policy.

10.4 Voluntary, No Compensation

Sharing a photograph, video, or testimonial is voluntary. Declining to do so has no effect on a Participant’s enrollment, access to Courseware, or certificate of completion. No fee, royalty, or other compensation is payable for any use permitted under this Section.

10.5 Withdrawing Consent

A Participant may withdraw consent given under Section 10.3 at any time by writing to support@shrilearning.com with the subject line “Withdraw Consent – Photo/Testimonial Use.” ShriLearning will remove the Participant’s photograph, name, and testimonial from its website and from future promotional materials within a reasonable time, not exceeding 30 days of receiving the request.

Withdrawal does not affect materials already published, printed, or distributed before the date of withdrawal (for example, social media posts already live, printed banners, or marketing collateral already issued to a third party), and does not affect the lawfulness of any use that occurred before withdrawal.

10.6 Minors

Where a Participant is under the age of 18, the consent described in Sections 10.2 and 10.3, and any withdrawal of it under Section 10.5, must be given by the Participant’s parent or legal guardian.

11. Fees, Refunds and Cancellations

The full fee, what it includes (for example PMI ATP Courseware, exam simulator access, or PMI membership or exam fees if bundled), and this refund policy are shown to the Participant before payment. PMI membership and PMI examination fees are paid to PMI and are governed by PMI’s own refund rules unless ShriLearning states that it collects them.

11.1 Refund Policy

• Once access to Courseware has been granted, fees are generally non-refundable.
• ShriLearning’s management may, at its discretion and on a case-by-case basis, approve a refund of up to a maximum of 50% of fees paid.
• As an alternative to a refund, a Participant may instead attend a subsequent Batch of the same Course at no additional cost, subject to seat availability.
• Where a partial refund is approved, 50% of the fee is retained to cover the cost of non-refundable digital Courseware (including PMI ATP Courseware licences already issued) and processing already incurred.
• A refund may also be granted as an outcome of the Customer Resolution Process in Section 13.
• Requests for a GST invoice must be made in advance, as invoices cannot be reissued or modified after the fact.

11.2 Cancellation Policy

• If ShriLearning cancels or postpones a Batch, affected Participants are entitled to a full (100%) refund or a transfer to another Batch, at their choice.
• If a Participant cancels within 2 days of the scheduled Batch start date, or more than 30 days after payment was made, the request is eligible for a refund of up to a maximum of 50% of fees paid, with the balance retained to cover non-refundable digital materials and processing costs.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

12. Online, Recorded, and Classroom Training Terms

PMI exam prep Courses are delivered by PMI-trained instructors using PMI ATP Courseware, in classroom or live-virtual format. A certificate of contact hours is issued only on completion of the attendance requirements stated at enrollment.

Any supplementary recorded content — including content sourced from third parties — is provided in addition to, not in place of, the PMI exam prep Course, and ShriLearning remains responsible for the quality of all instruction it delivers.

Participants enrolled in online-only Courses receive access to live webinars where offered, doubt-clearing support for a period of five years from enrollment, and a certificate of completion. Participants enrolled in classroom Courses receive online materials as supplementary pre-study resources.

13. Customer Resolution Process

ShriLearning hears every learner concern, investigates it fairly, and resolves it promptly. This Section summarizes ShriLearning’s Customer Resolution Process, effective 8 September 2026 and on file with PMI as part of ShriLearning’s Authorized Training Partner status.

It applies to all Participants in classroom, live-virtual, and online-recorded Courses, and to concerns about course content or Courseware, instructor conduct or quality of instruction, scheduling, logistics or administrative service, or any other part of your experience with ShriLearning.

Our commitment. ShriLearning treats every concern seriously, responds within the timeframes below, and works with you in good faith toward a fair resolution. No Participant will be disadvantaged, academically or otherwise, for raising a concern in good faith.

How it works

1. Raise a concern. Email support@shrilearning.com with your name, Course/Batch details, and a description of the issue. You may also raise it verbally with your trainer or ShriLearning point of contact, who will log it in writing on your behalf.
2. Acknowledgement Within 2 business days
   ShriLearning confirms receipt, who is handling your concern, and the expected timeline for a response.
3. Investigation and response Within 10 business days of acknowledgement
   ShriLearning’s designated representative, the Senior Counsellor & Support Executive, reviews the concern (which may include speaking with the instructor or other Participants) and responds in writing with a proposed resolution.
4. Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the proposed resolution, you may request escalation in writing. Escalated concerns are reviewed by ShriLearning’s Legal & Finance Head, whose decision is ShriLearning’s final internal response.
5. Closure and follow-up. Once a resolution is agreed or finalized, ShriLearning confirms the outcome to you in writing and records it.

Possible resolutions. Depending on the concern, and at ShriLearning’s discretion, resolutions may include additional instructional support or clarification of course content, a transfer to another Batch or instructor, a partial or full refund under Section 11, or corrective action with the instructor or staff member concerned.

Record-keeping. ShriLearning keeps a written record of every complaint, the investigation carried out, and its outcome for at least 3 years, to support continuous improvement and PMI’s compliance review process.

Visibility and review. ShriLearning keeps this process active for as long as its ATP status is active. It is linked from this website’s footer and referenced in every enrollment confirmation and orientation pack. The process is reviewed at least annually, and after any material change to ShriLearning’s course delivery model.

14. Limitation of Liability

ShriLearning does not warrant that the website or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShriLearning’s total liability arising from or relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific Course giving rise to the claim.

ShriLearning is not responsible for the conduct of other users or third parties in connection with the Services, or for decisions made by PMI on applications, audits, or examination results. Nothing in this Section limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect for as long as you hold an active, paid account or are enrolled in a Course. ShriLearning may terminate your access immediately, with notice by email, in the event of misrepresentation, payment default, breach of this Agreement, or misuse of PMI ATP Courseware. Termination does not affect your right to use the Customer Resolution Process in Section 13 or to contact PMI directly.

16. Waiver

No waiver of any right under this Agreement is effective unless made in writing and signed by ShriLearning. A waiver of any specific provision does not constitute a waiver of any other provision or of the same provision on a future occasion.

17. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable under applicable Indian law, that provision will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where applicable. The courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Participants are encouraged to use the Customer Resolution Process in Section 13 first.

19. Amendment and Assignment

ShriLearning may amend this Agreement by publishing the updated version on this website with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be emailed to enrolled Participants at least 15 days before they take effect. An amendment will not reduce the services, refund rights, or complaint rights of a Participant for a Batch already paid for.

Continued use of the Services after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement without ShriLearning’s prior written consent.
