Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026 · ShriLearning Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (“ShriLearning”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”)
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting the personal information of everyone who visits our website or enrolls in our courses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you have over it under applicable Indian data protection law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA”).
1. About Us and the Website
ShriLearning provides online, instructor-led, and classroom training across multiple project management courses, primarily for working professionals and, in some cases, college students, through the website www.shrilearning.com (the “Website”).
2. Roles Under the DPDPA
Under the DPDPA, ShriLearning acts as a “Data Fiduciary” — the entity that determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data. You, as a user of the Website or a participant in our courses, are the “Data Principal”. This Policy describes how ShriLearning, as Data Fiduciary, handles your personal data.
3. Information We Collect
You can browse most of the Website without registering or providing any personal information. We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it, including when you:
- Register for a free test, forum, or webinar;
- Enroll in and pay for a Course, which requires your name, email address, phone number, and billing address;
- Contact us for feedback, product updates, or support; or
- Voluntarily submit a testimonial, photograph, or video.
We do not collect or store your credit/debit card information. Payments are processed by our payment partners — PayPal, CCAvenue, 2Checkout, and RazorPay — over SSL-encrypted connections, and card details are handled solely by these partners.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information you provide only for the purpose for which it was submitted — such as processing your enrollment, delivering course access, responding to your queries, and, where you have not opted out, contacting you about ShriLearning courses or updates you may be interested in. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Your information will never be sold, exchanged, or disclosed to any third party for that third party’s own marketing purposes.
5. Legal Basis and Consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit it to us, and, where applicable, to perform our obligations to you as a Course participant. Consent you give us is specific to the purpose stated at the point of collection; you may withdraw consent for optional uses (such as marketing communications or use of your testimonial) at any time, without affecting the validity of processing already carried out.
6. Sharing of Personal Information
Where you have purchased a Course, we may ask whether you are willing to provide a testimonial, photograph, or video for display on the Website or our social media channels. We only use such material with your consent. Photographs taken at ShriLearning events may be used in course materials or promotions; we ask that such images not be misused, and we are not responsible for messages you may receive from third parties as a result of information you have chosen to make public.
7. Data Shared with PMI for Authorized Training Partner Purposes
ShriLearning intends to apply to the Project Management Institute, Inc. (“PMI”) for status as a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP); as of the date of this Policy, that application has not yet been submitted, and ShriLearning is not currently a PMI Authorized Training Partner. If and when ShriLearning submits that application and PMI confirms ShriLearning’s status as an active ATP, the following additional data sharing will begin to apply to learners enrolled in PMI-authorized courses, strictly for program administration:
- Contact-hour / PDU claims: your name and course completion status would be submitted to PMI through PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements System (CCRS) as part of ShriLearning’s batch contact-hour claims for the course you completed.
- Quarterly location review: your country/location, as recorded at enrollment, may be reviewed by PMI as part of its quarterly “True-Up” process, which verifies ATP course purchases against location-based pricing.
- Digital badge issuance: where a course you complete carries a digital badge, your name and email address would be shared with Credly, PMI’s third-party digital credentialing partner, solely to issue that badge to you.
No such data sharing takes place unless and until ShriLearning has both applied for and been confirmed in active ATP status; this section will be updated to reflect ShriLearning’s actual status once that happens. Once active, this information would be shared only for the program-administration purposes above, and handled by PMI and Credly under their own privacy practices.
8. Cookies and Tracking
The Website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to enhance your browsing experience and understand how the Website is used. Cookies used by the Website do not, by themselves, identify you personally. Our shopping cart uses cookies to temporarily hold your name and email address during checkout; credit card information is never stored in a cookie.
9. Third-Party Links
The Website may link to third-party websites. ShriLearning is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any website we do not operate, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
10. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services, and for 8 years thereafter to satisfy tax, accounting, and other legal recordkeeping requirements. Where you request deletion under Section 12, we will delete or anonymize your personal information except where retention is required by law.
11. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational security and management procedures — including SSL encryption for payment transactions — to protect your personal information, and we use it only for the purpose for which it was submitted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your Rights as a Data Principal
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
- Erase your personal information or close your account, except where we are required to retain it by law;
- Withdraw consent for any processing that relies on your consent; and
- Grievance redressal — to raise a concern about how your personal information has been handled, as described in Section 13.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Help & Support section of the Website or the email address in Section 14.
13. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the DPDPA, ShriLearning has designated the following person to address grievances relating to the processing of your personal data:
Prabhu Subramania · Legal & Finance Head · prabhu@shrilearning.com · Address: 748, Block-WZ, Naraina Village, South West Delhi, Delhi, 110028
We will acknowledge and address grievances submitted to the Grievance Officer within the timeframe required by applicable law.
14. Children’s Information
ShriLearning’s courses are directed at working professionals and college-level students, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
15. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of our service providers — including payment processors, and, if ShriLearning’s planned PMI Authorized Training Partner application is later submitted and confirmed, PMI and Credly — are based outside India. Where your personal information is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to receive an appropriate level of protection, consistent with the DPDPA and other applicable law.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
17. Contact Us
