About the Certified Scrum Product Owner Course

The Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) training is ideal for professionals interested in the business and product side of Agile projects. As a Product Owner, you define the product vision, prioritize the Product Backlog, collaborate with the Scrum Team, and help deliver maximum value to customers.

While a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) supports the Scrum Team in applying Scrum effectively, a CSPO focuses on deciding what should be built and why.

This practical Certified Scrum Product Owner training is a live, presentation-free product management workshop conducted by an experienced Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®). The course includes interactive exercises, 14 PDUs and SEUs, CSPO certification, and a two-year Scrum Alliance membership.

Training Prerequisites
